The universe of glass involves countless techniques and styles and the varieties of expressions are astonishing. The artistic statements cover a wide spectre all the way from minimalism to popart.
Since the beginning 40 years ago, the Danish studio glass movement has undergone quite a development, and because of its striking and strong character, it now plays an important role in our way of perceiving art.
Today Danish glass artists are renowned on the international glass scene, and SUBSTANCE represents the fruits of several generations’ accomplishments.
